This bold executive seating collection features the popular Air Grid mesh back. Usually found only in chairs costing considerably more, Air Grid provides an incredibly cool and flexible seating experience without sacrificing strength or durability. The seats are top-grain leather and all three models come with a rich platinum finish. Models 3680 and 36806 incorporate our versatile 2-to-1 synchro tilt mechanism, which reclines the back 2" for every 1" of tilt applied to the seat.
