Product returns are accepted on Stock Items only within 30 days of receipt.  Many of our items listed are not stock items.  If you are unsure that you are ordering the correct item, please contact Office Furniture Concepts - OFConcepts.com to confirm that you are ordering an item that is available to be returned.  There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items AND the customer will be charged the freight charges incurred while shipping the product to you, as well as the charges to be shipped back to the manufacturer at a minimum of 10% of manufacturer's list price.  Contact OFConcepts directly for a Return Authorization and specific return info. Returns received without prior authorization will not be credited. NO RETURNS on QUICK SHIP, FACTORY ORDERS or CUSTOM ORDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
