Features
- All wood used in the construction of parts and shelving will be kiln-dried hardwood containing moisture content of 5% - 7% at the time of fabrication.
- All woods will be selected for uniformity of grain and color.
- Wood used for internal parts will be selected to be structurally sound.
- Ends are secured to the top by "lock-joint" tenon and plough mitered and securely glued.
- Ends are secured to a 4� high bottom-base front by glued in tenon and plough with the bottom shelf toe-nailed to the ends from the bottom inside, plus glue blocks for superior strength. Backs are flush mounted to rabbeted top, ends and bottom by �� coated staples.
- Four �� high nylon glides are used on the bottom outside corners to prevent bottom edges from damage. Shelves are full �� thick glued-up of hardwoods in random widths of not less than 1� and not greater than 4� with the front 2� of solid Oak, Walnut, or Birch beveled to 17 degrees.
