All Office Furniture Concepts ( prices include shipping and handling, tailgate or loading dock delivery to the contiguous US. Professional Inside Delivery and Installation are available for an additional charge. We can ship Worldwide. Contact us directly for additional information and pricing. Any shipping or delivery charges incurred by that are not pre-ordered will be billed directly to the customer.

Products ship via ground with either common carrier truck, UPS or FedEx Ground. If you require a phone call prior to delivery please advise us when you place your order or upon receipt of your order confirmation. If delivery is attempted by a common carrier on oversized items and no one is available to receive the product, additional charges will be applied to your credit card or billed directly to you each time an attempt to deliver is made.

All common carrier deliveries are "tailgate" specific, i.e. drivers are not obligated to unload and carry furniture into your residence or business. Additional charges for large items needing a tailgate lift due to no loading dock will apply.

Please ensure that you provide your phone # with your order so that the carrier can arrange for delivery, when someone is there to receive the shipment. Otherwise you may incur additional delivery charges.

For products that are too large to ship via UPS, FedEx or other similar methods, we ship via Truck Freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going). Deliveries to non-commercial, residential addresses that require Truck Freight Delivery due to carton size will be charged an additional $75. Any liftgate charges, if applicable, will be charged directly to the customer.

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Any concealed damage must be reported within 7 working days from time of receipt.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. If this is a service that you may require, please contact us for information, note that Inside Delivery and Setup are available for an additional charge and MUST be ordered when the order is placed. In addition, delivery of this type does require additional delivery time.
