How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping? - Free Shipping Policy
  All prices on include shipping and handling, curbside or loading dock, to the contiguous US. Professional Inside Delivery and Installation are available for an additional charge. We ship Worldwide. Contact Office Furniture Concepts directly for additional info and pricing. Any shipping or delivery charges incurred by ofconcepts that are not pre-ordered will be billed directly to the customer.

Products ship via ground with either common carrier, UPS or FedEx Ground. If you require a phone call prior to delivery please advise us when you place your order or prior to delivery. If delivery is attempted by a common carrier on oversized items and no one is available to receive product, additional charges will be applied to your credit card or billed directly to you each time an attempt to deliver is made.

All common carrier deliveries are "tailgate" specific, i.e. drivers are not obligated to unload and carry furniture into your residence or business. Additional charges for large items needing a tailgate lift due to no loading dock will apply.

Please ensure that you provide your phone # with your order so that the carrier can arrange for delivery, when someone is there to receive the shipment. Otherwise you may incur additional delivery charges.

We suggest that if have unique delivery requirements, that you contact ofconcepts directly or utilize the fax/phone numbers listed below.

Damaged merchandise

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect goods at time of delivery. If there is major damage to the carton you must note it on the bill of laden. If there is major damage to the contents, refuse to accept the product, and please Request a Phone Call immediately. If you find concealed damage within the carton you must call ofconcepts within 10 days in order to protect your rights. Failure to comply may result in denied claims. Original cartons must be saved for all freight claims.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact ofconcepts customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
